At Inspiring Fitness,  we believe in dynamic, challenging and unique classes and fitness plans for everyone.  Our classes and training are personally designed to keep your workouts fresh and exciting every time.   Inspiring Fitness offers a variety of classes, strength training, recovery, tracking and education to assist our members in achieving their goals. 


At our core is High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT).   HIIT provides a multitude of health benefits, from burning calories and losing fat in shorter timeframes to improving blood pressure and heart rate.  HIIT training incorporated with other forms of exercise, such as yoga, can offer greater benefits by adding recovery, flexibility, balance and reducing stress and anxiety. 


Our instructors design a number of unique classes that offer elements of HIIT, Yoga and strength training for members of all fitness levels.

About the founder of Inspiring Fitness


Fitness has always been a big part of my life.  My goal is to provide knowledge and support to everyone's fitness journey.  My passion is HIIT classes!  I love motivating my students and helping them push through workouts together.  Over the last 10 years of teaching group fitness I still have students that tell me how I helped them change their lives and  incorporate fitness and wellness into their daily routine.   Seeing the impact of how fitness can bring people happiness and overall wellness is the best part of my job.
